He is playing to the repugs, he won't even read the answers because if he did he would read a lot of negative things about him. He don't really care about anything but getting elected. I wonder if him posting though will shut the repugs up about Hillary's question.

a.Six years ago I would have said yes, today I feel like he's just another Republican candidate running for President. At one time I thought he was a independent thinker and he had some very interesting idea's on the way our government should be run. Then he found out that the Party faithful doesn't reward independent thinkers with a Presidential nomination. I was willing to vote for him then but now it seems that he is following the GOP dogma just to get his party to nominate him. I don't think McCain or for that mater the republican party impressed anyone the last 6 years with their fiscal oversight and I doubt that he wants to hear what I think about government spending, If he were to listen to me he would have to hear about how much money we have wasted on Gorge bush's war in Iraq and I'm sure he wouldn't want to be reminded again that he and Gorge W. are both for it

No. He only wants the power he craves. He was blindsided by the Bushies in SC. I lived there and received a phone call questioning John McCain's acts of heroism in North Korea. The Republicans are lead by the Far Right of the Religious. They want America to be a Christian Theocracy with all the non-believes to go back to where they came from.

No. He's looking for red herring answers. The only way to get rid of government spending excess is to stop no-bid contracts and stop allowing politicians to pay their constituents off with favors. I work for the government and see all of the GOOD things the government does do, and WE pay our taxes too, so we get upset when the money is misused as well. The problem ain't government, it's who's got their hands in the politicians pockets.

Yes he is to a degree. This website is actually just a quick way to get an opinion poll on things. It's easier for the public to spread their opinions to him here than for them to put in the effort to write an email or a letter to him. Plus how else could he ask for everyones opinions and get an answer in a relatively short period of time.

Considering that he has no clue of how to balance the budget, perhaps an average Joe might give him something to think about. Then again, he is rapidly becoming the quintessential flip-flopper, so I doubt he'll listen to even the most compelling ideas.

I think as a candidate he is genuinely interested in making you think he is interested in what you have to say.

Actually, mccain is about the most honest of all the bums running for president at this point,

Who knows, do you think any politician really cares what we think? If they did, wouldn't our borders be secured? Wouldn't there be reasonable plan for immigration? Wouldn't there be a lot of things that ordinary Americans want?

No. John McCain is a traitor, and he does not care what we have to say about him. He is way too busy having sex with Bush, and Cheney, to read any of our comments.
