the first thing you need to understand is that who you are has nothing to do with your looks. Whether your 'beautiful' 'ugly' 'round' or 'thin' etc is not a definition of your person. You must also appreciate yourself for who you really are and be confident of the fact that you are good, beautiful and loved @ least there's someone who loves you and thats .......you.
Love yourself and you confidence will grow. then, you'll be able to look at your nude self in the mirror and love what you see i.e the person inside and not your flesh. After you have learnt to love yourself and behold yourself, you'll be able to be nude around other women in the locker room.

I'm naked a lot, especially at the nude beach near my home, and believe me...the hardest thing for many people to do is actually think about getting naked in front of others. Once you do it and see that the sky hasn't fallen just because your clothes are off, you'll actually start to forget about being naked and just enjoy the freedom. I know that it's easy to say and probably hard for you to do, but my advice is to just go ahead and get naked...the more you do it, the easier it will become for you.

Well, you could always pray to Allah™. Or, maybe Jesus™? The best of all, when it comes down to it, is God®.
If none of those are doing it for you, I would recommend just continuing changing. You'll get used to it eventually. Maybe not the best way to do it, but it is tried and true.
You don't take all that long changing, anyways, right? If it's only 5-10 minutes, it shouldn't be that much of a problem.

..solid question, and the respond is that because of fact all women persons are the comparable down there, the place as adult men are available distinctive sizes, and particular if one is caught looking then they're judged as being gay, with the point to avert the scenario or being categorised as gay ( besides the undeniable fact that it extremely is in basic terms organic/spontaneous to look) we don't cling around with our junk on show.

Check the link below. While it belongs to the largest nudist organization on earth, what they have to tell you about self-image and body acceptance may really be the answer you're looking for.
The "message" is basically that people accept both themselves AND each other regarding body type (size, shape, etc.).

I felt like this when I first went to the gym, but I think what you have to do is just get on with it, it's easier once you're more used to it, which I know is easy to say but you'll agree with me after a while.

Just remember that THEY are all worried that YOU are judging them, as well.
They're all too busy looking down at the ground and avoiding eye contact to pay any attention to what you're doing.

Just remember, they're women too. They all have the same body parts as you. They either are or were as self-conscious as you are.

Remember that everyone else feels the same way. They are more worried about what you think of them than what you may look like.
