Good question!
I think that the girls in America are more liberated and do pretty much what they want to because they can. They are more free to express themselves. Girls in America date who they want to for the most part.
In the Philippines the girls are not as liberated. They are more family orientated to some degree which is cool in my opinion. Many do not date the guys they would like to. You will see many a young filipina dating an elderly foreigner and if you get the chance to sit down and talk to them they will admit that they do not love them but are just with the guy for security reasons. Many american guys however are really convinced that these young girls actually love them for the old men that they are. I guess that is part of life. Filipinas in the Philippines do not express themselves vocally as much as the filipinas do in America.

The question is unclear, at least to me.Diamond are you asking about girls or did you mean women ? Would you like to be called a boy or a man ? Is that the sort of thing you meant? It seems that some men fear a woman who is confident and independent, who has a strong sense of her own self worth as a person. and who has the ability to formulate an opinion and back it up with facts. Men confuse this type of woman as being loud mouthed and overbearing and yet these are the same qualities a woman is expected to admire in a man.It is not liberation it is equality .I suppose that women have more rights in Westen culture. It is hard for some men to accept that the "good old days of barefoot and pregnant" are over. A relationship should be built on mutual love and respect.

I lived in both places..
so i think i would know..
In the philippines the majority of the girls there are VERY very very VERY very conservative. at 80 degrees weather plus nice beaches, in america everyone would be wearing bikinis the WHOLE DAY..for example hawaii..the same weather as philippines but everyone there is free to wear bikini in malls or walk around freely with out being looked down apon. in the other hand..in the philippines if you walk in to a mall in a bikini and shorts..people would think your crazy even if its 90 degrees outside
in the america the school systems there teach the students to be liberated and to express them selves and to be them selves..So you would see different kind of hair cutts...colors..tattoos..piercings..etc..its just the norm there..and ALL of the colleges have have course offered there that they do not have in the philippines such as..astromony,Art classes.. sexual education, queer/gay studies..the better understanding you have to those materials and more open minded you are.
in the philippines the school system teaches there students to the SAME, look the same..act the same..for example in the colleges in philippines. THEY WEAR uniforms. they can't have hair color..can't show tattoos..the classes are limited.don't encourage art AT ALL. so people can not express them selves what so ever
as in the states the best colleges like STANDFORD, UC BEREKLY etc..do not wear uniforms and highly encourge their students to express them selves freely..and to HAVE THEIR OWN MIND.
SO yeah...my point is..because of the different styles of educations they have the girls turn out different.
you have the open minded liberated american's..
and the VERY conservative locals..

Anthony R is only partially correct: American Indians were just the first immigrants (they came from Asia).
To answer your question: most girls in the US are more sexually open than Filipinas, less aware of geopolitics, economically better off, and less sincere in romance and marriage.
Of course, people are individuals and it is hard to classify people by groups. There are good and bad people everywhere.

Culture..In genereal girls here are less liberated or should I say conservative while in the US its like okay for them to have sex early age and they wear pretty short skirt and shirts. I guess its fine to be in between.

due to the economic situations... it would be harder for a filipina to have all the luxuries that a typical amercan girl has...
