Sit down over some tea and cake to sort out any lingering race problems there may be?

No, we just all need to send our kids to same schools so they have friends of all races and realise from a young age that we're all pretty much the same.
Seriously I went to very mixed schools in London and I have noticed a big difference in my knowledge of and attitude to other races and cultures to that of others who went to monocultural schools. I'm not saying that these others are racist but they haven't got to enjoy the benefits of a multicultural society in the same way I have, like being invited by my mates to Jamaican barbecues and Sikh weddings.
Ultimately once our kids are all meeting each other at age 5 then once they reach age 18 theyll all be having sex with each other, eventually everyone will be mixed race and we can all move the hell on.

NO! Race issues are extremely complicated issues and require educated minds to figure out. Ghetto thugs and white trash rednecks should not attempt to do this because we know where it is going to end, with someone getting shot. That's just the truth.

Now if you want to go to a college and sit down with an educated white person who is getting an education or has experienced how to think past the trailer park or housing project, then you will likely have a very sensible productive conversation.

That's why racists don't really bother me...I already know I'm more successful than they and their parents so it becomes sort of a joke.

We could all sit down for decades, but, there will still be some a'hole that just doesn't like another race!
It's life!
We can't all like everybody, even other races.
I got no problem with blacks, it's the French and Muslims that I'm not keen on!

No. Because each individual has their own opinions and experiences on race relations.

I think people just need to respect each others differences. And realize that you don't know much about what the other person experiences in their life. So, people shouldn't be so quick to judge one another.

people in a circle of conflict need something larger than that to bring them together to play for the same team. the questions are: what is it? where are the real leaders who think beyond the limits of their race or creed or color?where is civilisation taking us, have we not still left the borders of the Dark Ages behind?

Did anyone else see that show where they put the two families, one black and one white in the same house and furthermore, airbrushed their skin and had them live outside lives as the other race?

That didn't work either.

I think blacks and whites are fine with each other now. I think world learders should sit down and have a nice little chat.

I think people need to stop labeling so much and then we can start to seeing each other as people instead of just Black people or White people.

NO!!!

They need to pull their head out their bung holes and stop thinking in terms of race. Its not a black/white American...just an American...the same American who will fight with you to defend our land and constitution.
