I got a crazy make believe story for who thought of the names of the teletubbies.
The person who thought of the teletubby names must had been some crazy person who wrote up the idea while drinking! He drank too much, which is why he had to Tinkywinky. He tried to drink and drive, but saw the cops, which is why he had to Dip..see? He was so happy he got away, that he sung Lala all the way home. But when he realized all his money was gone, he was seriously Po. He thought about his crazy adventure and decided that is should be a young audience theme. (It does explain why the teletubbies fall all over the floor and see faces in the sun.)
