I don't know your current lifestyle or if you are under factors that put stress on your body.
There is no specific remedy. Try changing your lifestyle slightly. Take a personal inventory: What are your stressors?
How does caffiene affect you? How often do you consume caffeine? What is the proximity of said caffiene to your bedtime? Do you try to go to bed and awaken at consistent times every night and morning? Do you wake up during the night to use the bathroom? Do you workout in the evening?

hi,

I have compiled some effective natural remedies to help you fall asleep:

* Drinking Kava kava a few hours before bedtime reduces stress, tension, anxiety and relaxes muscles. It helps to fall asleep deeper and to rest more.

* Drink a cup of warm milk with honey, nutmeg can also be added. The tryptophan in milk helps in sleeping.

* Prepare a mixture by adding two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with one cup of honey and store this mixture in an airtight container. Take two spoonful of this mixture whenever necessary.

Hope this will help you!!

You have to try this!!!!! If it works for you let me know.

Hello, just wanted to let you know of a miracle pill that puts you to sleep, available over the counter, is actually very very beneficial for your health, and is only 3 bucks!! I had trouble falling asleep for years. I would lay in bed, and think and think and think for hours before I could fall asleep. It was literally driving me crazy!! I had tried every over the counter sleeping pill on the market and nothing helped. I turned to Nyquil and that did the trick. I had been drinking Nyquil almost every night to go to sleep until I stumbled upon this miracle sanity saving nutritional supplement named MELATONIN. And you can buy it at any GNC health food store. I advocate GNC because the melatonin they use goes through 85 different quality checks before its bottled. Buy the sublingual melatonin. The kind that dissolves underneath your tongue tastes like cherries and it’s good for you!! If you have any questions before you buy it the sales associate at GNC should be able to answer any questions you have. It comes in 1 mg, I take 2 right before bed. The only side effects are weird dreams for the first two nights if any at all. Should be taken at regular bedtimes in the evening.
God Bless
P.S. after you try it and it works don’t forget to tell others about it. You could be saving someone else’s Sanity

Valerian root smells bad, works great.. Additionally, I've been listening to a CD by Dr Jeffrey Thomson called Delta Sleep System, and that puts me to sleep pretty quickly if I'm wound up. I'd also exercise before you go to bed, and maybe take a bath beforehand to relax....

I drink a cup of warm milk. Sometimes I sweeten it, sometimes just use nutmeg. Works for me. I've also had success with having a piece of toast; something about the carbohydrates makes me sleepy.
