i need to know how to grind dance please

you have the easy part in grinding. All you have to do is compliment what the girl does since she leads. I can't teach you how to stay in rythm but that is your key, you must keep in rythm. You bend your knees so that your crotch is alligned with her bottom, then you pull her bottom into your crotch and make circular motions with your hips. Just watch other people
