1. I go to bed between 11:00 and 12:00
2. I sleep with my husband(occasionally with my kids also)
3.I have to have the noise of the fan, and embarrasingly, I have to go around the house and check the locks on all doors and windows, check under the beds, and in all closets before heading to bed(We live in a scary neighborhood). Then I have to turn the gas on our stove off because I knew a woman who was killed along with her husband because of a gas leak they weren't aware of- their house blew up. Man, I'm paranoid, aren't I? It's only because I have kids, though.
4.I sleep very lightly. I am used to being woken up to kids, so mentally I am listening for every little noise subconsciencly while I'm asleep.
5. My bedroom is African animal themed- loepard prints, zebra prints, etc.
Sweet dreams, too!

1.) Whenever I finish my homework which is usually very late since I procrastinate (midnight or later) but on weekends i just go to bed when I'm too tired to stay awake and then sleep til about noon like most teens do.
2.)I sleep alone in a double bed (I'm only 14)
3.)I don't really have any rituals..more like a routine. I get out of the shower, get on some pajama pants and a sweat shirt, pull up the hood, fix the blankets ( I use 5 and I don't make my bed)turn out the light, and then sometimes I'll listen to soft music.
4.)How do I sleep? um....good? unless you count the fact that I only get 4 hours on weekdays....
5.)My bedroom has a sea shore theme, we redid it a couple years ago. The walls are blue and I have tan carpet, sea shells and pictures of the ocean hung on the walls.

I do not have a fixed time to go to sleep. Since discovering Yahoo! Answers, I sit here until I want to fall asleep. My bedroom has white linen on and tranquil dusky blue curtains. The ocean is off my balcony and sometimes I sit on the balcony just to relax. My bedtime ritual is applying a lip balm on my lips the last thing before I turn around to sleep. I sleep with my husband and it is wonderful knowing I have someone to cuddle should I feel so inclined. It gives me a sense of security. I also like to say my prayers and give thanks for all my blessings before going to bed.

1. I usually go to sleep at 10:45 P.M.
2. Yes, I sleep alone in my bedroom. My parents sleep in different room of the same house, though.
3. Before I go to bed, I brush my teeth, floss, wash my face, brush my hair, prepare my backpack and gym clothes pack for tomorrow, etc. When I get into bed, I usually sleep on the part of the bed closer to the wall so I won't fall off the bed, because many people die of falling off their bed. I also wear a Nightguard to prevent my teeth from eating themselves.
4. If you mean how well I sleep, I don't sleep very well. Sometimes it takes me a couple of hours to fall asleep. If you mean in what manner do I sleep, I do it on my side, because lying on your stomach implies that you have to turn your neck uncomfortably, and sleeping on my back is too open for me. I know, I'm weird. =)
5. My bedroom is rectangular with white paint on the walls. My bed is in the corner, while my desk, bookshelf, and closet are close to the windows on the opposite wall.
Sweet dreams to you too! =)

1. What time do you go to sleep?
I usually go to my bedroom around 1am or 2am, I usually fall asleep around 3am or so.
2. Do you sleep alone?
I do sleep alone, but I do like to sleep int he same bed with others. Especially my dog.. but she snores sometimes and barks in her dreams.
3. Do you have any bedtime rituals?
I do. I go into my room, strip down to nothing, look at my skin all over my body, try to rid myself of any blemishes, then lotion up for the night since it's so dry in my house. Then I always read before finally drifting off to dreamland.
4. How do you sleep?
I usually sleep on my side or on my belly. I'll fall asleep on my side then wake up on my belly or my back. Pictures that have been taken of me while I was asleep show that I will sleep on my back with my legs crossed. One will be bent like I'm gonna do sit ups, and the other leg's ankle is resting on the knee of the bent leg.
5. Can you describe your bedroom?
My bedroom is 9x12 and is, ahem, well decorated. Three of the walls are covered with a deep gold/mustard yellow fabric, have colorful paintings on them, and one wall is covered with a large tapestry of the "Green Man". Nearly all my furniture is antique or antique looking. I have a big 27" TV in the corner at the foot of my bed. My bed of off center in my room, I can get off the bed on both sides. My bed is a queen bed on wrought-iron frame that has a scrolling design. The paintings, there are two of an impressionistic Paris, and the other is a print of the poster for Stratford Festival's "Amadeus." I have two bookshelves stacked with books and knick-knacks. And I have a bed side table with a Lilly lamp that is my nighttime lamp, besides my ceiling fan with ceramic fairies dangling from it.

Yes, dear...I will be happy to write about our bedtime. For me...Auntie Barbara, I go to sleep about 12:30 a.m., after reading a good mystery for about 1 hour. I sleep with Uncle Bill, my life mate of 7 great years and our 6 cat kids...we have a king-sized bed so we ALL fit! The bedtime rituals are: I sit in our darkened living room and meditate with the scent diffuser scenting the room in delightful cedar, pine and eucalyptus scents. I follow Zen Buddhist precepts for meditating. I usually meditate about 20 minutes. I sleep deeply and have vivid dreams that I usually write down to facilitate linking the dream symbols to our lives. Our bedroom is decorated entirely in shades of chilly chartreuse, brilliant lime, brilliant kiwi and icy yellow green on the walls. The rug is a fabulous royal blue plus. Upon awakening in the morning, we are bathed in refreshing tones of spring greens...a wonderful way to wake up and greet the world!
Uncle Bill goes to sleep at 10 p.m. after watching 1960's shows like "Hogan's Heroes" and petting the 6 spoiled cat children until he falls asleep. He gets up at 5 a.m. during the week and 7 a.m. on the weekend.
His snoring is wonderful and comforting to me as well as the sounds of our kitties cleaning themselves and snoozing next to us!
