I assume you want to MAC filter, to disable the ability for a certain MAC address to access your wireless router. Or, more correctly, to only allow certain MAC addresses.

This is router dependent. Most wireless routers have a place to enter allowed MAC addresses.

This is all router dependant, usually somewhere on one of the config pages, just have a quick look. Another option if you are using the router's dhcp server, and it has the ability to set a static assignment would be to get the mac address you want to block and assign it an address that isn't going to work on your network, anything ending in 0 is good, and if you can in the static assignment don't give them a default gateway.
Of course both these methods are easy to get around if you know what you are doing you can change your mac address, or sniff the network for correct ip assignments, even mac addresses that are allowed.
