I think its cool if its hands free but when they are actually holding the phone to their ear with their hands thats not cool. Its funny because people ***** all the time about teenage drivers but its the adults who dont have courtesy to drive hands free or not talk on their phone while driving. I think there should be a new law. If you get in an accident and your phone records show that you were on the phone while the accident occurred even though it wasnt your fault, you will still get penalized for it. I bet that would stop a lot people from talking on their phone.

I think it's setting a poor example for kids when they start to drive, there's enough for them to learn to look out for without chatting it up on the phone! I see it all the time - it is not a good idea!

They are better drivers than those who drive while putting on makeup or reading the paper at the same time.

Though not ALL of them, but definitely the MAJORITY of them need to be strung up by their toes!
