cotton-NO SILK

All cotton are the best underwear to use. The rest are too closely knit to allow for the body to breathe properly. As well, they're not as absorbent so moisture stays close to the vaginal area, creating the ideal environment for yeast to grow.

Tight-fitting clothing should also be considered a no-no. Along with extended wear of pantyhose and wet bathing suits or damp/sweaty gym clothes.

Loose fitting cotton panties. Definately stay away from lacey, spandex and any stretch materials that are form fitting or thongs/g-string types.
You need it to be well ventilated.
