I know Reche Caldwell looked horrible against the Chargers in the playoffs and Darryl Jackson has always suffered from the "dropsies". But ultimately, I would have to say Terrell Owens is the worst. He tends to have "alligator" arms a lot and when the game is big, he tends to disappear. Not only that, he is a cancer no matter where he goes.
As far as best receiver in the league? You know it's gotta be Torry "Big Game" Holt!

WR Michael Clayton for Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Possibly the biggest bust when it comes to a top drafted player in their history (aside from Chris Simms spleen of course).

as far as skill? someone who has never set foot in an actual game, but sits way at the bottom of a depth chart is probably the worst. You won't know his name.
as far as attitude and what he does to a team? Terrel Owens is by far the worst receiver to have on your team. putting him on your team is an act of desperation.

Prob the lions number 1 pick mike williams lions have drafted some terrible recievers the last few years the only good reciever they have is roy williams.....
