How do I uninstall Norton Security so I can install AVAST?

I don't see a place to "uninstall" it on the AVAST site

Go to Add/Remove programs in control panel. Uninstall everything with the Word Norton, Symantec, or LiveUpdate in front of it. If that doesn't work you can go to Symantec's site and download a Norton Removal Tool.

you will need to go to the norton site and download thier uninstaller, avast is an exellent anti virus, i use it myself and have had no problems

To uninstall Norton got to their website and use the removel tool.
