No thats Vodafone stop the clock, pay 15p for the 1st 3 mins then free for upto the hour. To call a landline from an o2 mobile is 25p for the 1st 3 mins then 5p thereafter.

I've been on 02 'PAYG' for years . The first three minutes to an 02 phone or a UK landline is 30p per minute and 5p thereafter... on the same day!.
Calls to other networks are 30p per min all the time.
They do 'bolt ons' but not only are they confusing , but, they are more expensive.
Stick with the free 15mins 'treat' per month.

why dont you try and get an o2 genie sim card? you get 300 texts free a month and free wap time. you have to top up at least £10 a month to get your free 300 texts but its well worth it for free 300 and when you think its normally 10p a text thats £30 saved! and if you opt into the bolt on which you pay £15 amonth you get free weekend calls and fre after 7pm each night. you can get free genie sims off the web you just have to search. theyre called o2 talkalot more. hope this is of use.
