I don't think it would be called a fear because I don't dwell on it. The worst thing that could happen to me in my life is for my son to be killed before I die. I think that is an issue that is on every loving parents mind. I have lived a good life and would lay it down without a seconds hesitation to protect or save him. I do not walk around fearful everyday though that something is going to happen to him. He works all over the country and the world so he travels a good bit. If I worried all the time I would literally be a prisoner to that fear. I can't live that way. So I suppose my greatest fear is that my child would die before I do.
