No. If aliens abduct you in the middle of the night its not going to be so they can see your underwear... They might not even know what underwear is, let along want it or be interested in it.

I always have clean underwear on. I can't imagine what would happen if I got hit by a bus and they were dirty. I guess life as I know it would cease to exist.
