I have do-it-yourself divorce forms to fill out for the state of Texas and that is very crucial for me to know. I don't want the Judge to say "re-file and pay again". Someone please help me. I have until next month to have them filled and filed.

I know from experience that you are to use all caps on the forms so that everything is easily read. Take your time and make sure not to mess up because they like to make you repay if your documents are messy. As far as I know you should complete the documents in all caps but I was in this process a couple of years ago so it may have changed. Good Luck!

When you use all caps in anything, it looks as if you're shouting.
I would suggest regular format. There should be instructions
as to how everything is to be done. There was with mine. But
I'm in Indiana, All caps was rejected by my ex, Regular was
approved for me. May be different now.

Use ALL CAPS!

IT SHOWS THAT YOU ARE YELLING ON THE FORM SO PEOPLE CAN SEE HOW UPSET YOU ARE.

I'd use all caps, they are readable and they just look nicer.
