As an employer the whole interview and job offer would depend on your qualifications, attitude, and how well you answered questions. Even in a customer service job, physical appearance or the inquiry of said appearance is not a part of the hiring decision.
I manage a customer service counter and am part of the hiring team for the counter.
If the question about the baldness came up it would be outside of work or the hiring process, and it would only be for personal curiosity nothing more.n I personally would be very curious, but if you didn't want to talk about it then I'd respect that.
Some will perceive the baldness as rebelliousness, saying that you have rebelled against the norm of hairstyles in society, while others will immediately think cancer. You may just like the style, but it should never matter when hiring a person for a job. Period.
Hope that helps

I would hire a bald female employee for any type of work, especially if you are damn good at what you are doing. I own a cleaning service, which includes other people being around while the cleaning is done. Like I said it's about the performance not the appearance.

I work in Marketing and Public Relations and I would hire her, but of course legally I can't ask, but you can almost deduce why it is done...if its shaved, its either lice, rebellion or religon, but you can tell if she has naturally lost her hair and in that case, would not hold it against her by any means, nor should anyone. I could see some employers making the same deduction and not hiring her out of fear for health concerns....but it may be beneficial for her to get a wig (unless it is a demonstration of some kind) and unfortunatly, that is the way society works.....books are judged by their cover.

Like Britney "Shears" HA HA i would not hire anyone who shaves their head Male or Female! Why cause its an unnecessary act to gain attention & not natural, if your balding for natural causes then thats NOT your fault! Head shavers in majority are short-sighted like the skin-head movement low in character etc. Yes i sure you can find the rare/minor exception to this!

I think it would depend on her qualifications and if she was right for the job. I'm sure they would want to know why she was bald though.

No... its a bit rebellious meaning she is likely to be that way at work..
Thats just an honest opinion... everyone else will come on sayin oh.... everyone is perceived as equal... we all know people dont really work that way.
