protein and lots of it...boost makes a really good high protein chocolate drink. I'm currently in same position. I recently started gaining weight back after a lot of exercise to build muscle mass, and protein shakes. Basically if you want to gain weight, you gotta get some muscles on you. Muscles weigh more than fat though, so it may take some time to see the actual improvements in a mirror
After 1 month of exercise and shakes, i have gained almost 18 pounds..up to almost 120 lbs from the 102 at my last doc visit. The shakes alone not enough though. I tried them alone for 3 months and nothing. The exercising will also increase your appetite allowing you to pack a few extra pounds if your not having to watch what you eat at same time

Do everything a dieter would love, high caloric foods is a start. When I was younger, I also wanted weight gain, my doc told me to drink those supplements like Slim-Fast, but drink them in between meals, instead of a glass of water. I did that, and I did gain weight. After I had to have a hysterectomy at 27, my doc said I would naturally gain weight in a five year period while my body adjusted to the surgery. He was right on the money with that diagnosis, I continually gained for five years, topping an extra 50lbs to my frame, now that I am chunky, I want to lose a few, so is there a happy medium? Probably, I just haven't found it yet.

Eating junk food will definitely help you gain wait, but you won't be healthy and your face, skin and hair can suffer. Eat lots of protein, and eat more calories than you burn. The important thing is to stay healthy, so don't stop exercising! Muscle building (not like bodybuilder, just normal) will help you be stronger and gain weight.

Gain weight? Well, that's a new one. You might not want to gain weight and become unhealthy, but instead work out. That will make you healthy, fit and naturally sculpted. Get a gym membership, or do your own exercises. Run up the stairs with something heavy on your back.

Add small, frequent meals throughout the day...try to eat something every 3-4 hours. Add high calorie snacks such as nuts, seeds, avocado, olives. Adding higher calorie condiments such as a trans fat free margarine, oil based salad dressing, cheese, and peanut butter can add calories to foods in a healthy way. Making sure your beverages have calories (juice, gatorade, higher percentage milk such as 2%) are also an easy way to increase calories in a more healthy way.
Strength training is also a good way to add pounds. Muscle weighs more than fat, but may also increase your metabolism, so it's important to eat to maintain.

Start weight training, super size everything.
If you go the weight route, use heavy weight on all exercises. Three sets of 5 to 8 reps.

To put on healthy weight(muscle) eat plenty of protein and carbohydrates and exercise daily. Avoid consuming fats and empty calories from sugars, otherwise, you'll just gain fat, and that's not good.
