I need some major help concealing a spot!?

Its not a pimple, but I tried to pop a blackhead last night (stupid me!) and now theres this bright red spot on my nose. How do I cover it? Does anyone have any secrets or tips? I tried using all of my concealers and foundations and nothing is working! They won't stick!

Honestly, the only thing that's worked for me is brushing Bare Minerals make up w/ the concealer brush, but if you don't use Bare Minerals, I dunno what could really work. :(
