The county courthouse would be a good place to start. They should definitely have this information.

If the county fails you, move up to the state level. The Land Commissioner should be able to get some relevant information for you.

And if that doesn't work, you could always try the US geological survey. They might have something you can use, but it will probably be at a lower resolution than what the county or state should have.
