how powerful is a ''Intel Xeon 5130 (2,0 GHz, 1066, 4 MB)'' on a dell precision computer???

i wanna use it for engineering and drawing works.

with 2 gb ram(667) and a 256MB nVidia Quadro FX3450 grafic card.

It's powerful.

Really it would be the ideal computer for what you are looking to do. Though it is about a year or two old.
