Hi, I have an xbox connected to a belkin wireless gaming adapter too. Is yours a F5D7330. First thing you need to know is when you plug your xbox straight into the router, does it work. If it does then you are simply going to bridge the connection wirelessly with the adapter. If it doesn't please email me and I will give you instructions how to set it up.

In order to use th adapter you will have to configure it first. Took me ages and ages at first so hopefully I can save you some time. The belkin adapter is NOT plug and play. First you need to plug the adapter into your router WIRED. Don't try setting it up wirelessly. It won't work. Also make sure you got a pc wired into the router wired as well. Am saying doing it this way as I know this works. You will need the belkin disc and load the software on yr pc. Follow the instructions on screen, they are pretty straightforward. I would suggest you disable any wireless security you have at this stage. You can re-encrypt it later.

If you haven't got the disc, download the software from belkin or I would send you a copy. When you configure the adapter leave all the settings on automatic. I assume your router is set up as a dhcp server and it will allocate the adapter an ip address. You will need to enter your network name so the adapter can read it and set the operating mode to infrastructure.

Don't know anything about your router as I have a netgear but if it same as mine go to your router settings and look for attached devices. You should have a new item there which is your adapter. Make a note of the mac address. You will also need to know the mac address for your xbox. Assume al is well at this stage.

In your wireless settings of your router add both the xbox and the adapter by their MAC addresses. Make sure you allow them in your access list. Go to xbox dashboard and set ip and dns addresses to automatic. Please note your xbox will not see your wireless adapter. Plug the adapter into the xbox and it should work, fingers crossed.

Your router will not pick up the adapter wirelessly unless the xbox is switched on too. Any more problems send me and emai. By the way best online service for halo2 is not xbox live. Try www.teamxlink.co.uk Hope this helps
