The problem with some security guards (regardless of their culture) is that many of them body build in their spare time. As a result, some of them take steriods, which can make them aggressive and over-react to situations which could be sorted out without force.
I say this from knowing several ex-doormen.

I personally believe we have far too few men. Of any culture. Particularly in the 40-50 age group.

Security men and bouncers are disproportionately and unnecessarily nasty and violent. Don't think it's anything to do with other cultures though, most of them are like that and always have been.
