This depends on your mods, fuel curve, injector size, timing, etc.
You should really have it tuned.

No one can tell you how to tune your car over the internet. What works on one car may not work on another car. I know you say you don't want to get dyno tuned but thats the only real way to get the most out of you system. Otherwise I would find someone that knows what they are doing and get a street tune.
