If he fails with the Chargers, he'll be the worst head coach ever. All he has to do is not get in LT's way and the Chargers should win 13 games this year.

Yeah, no kidding if he doesn't win with this ball club, he just needs to retire. He's already given an unstoppable RB, an awesome FB, a good TE, and good young QB. Not to mention the defense isn't bad either (thanx to Shawne Merriman & Marcus Trufant), and plus after coming so close to going to the Conference game they are hungry. Your right to if LT gets his touches they have to win at least 13 games

Norv was a decent head coach with the Redskins. And I'm sure you've seen what the Redskins have done to good coaches over the past 5-6 years (Marty, Spurrier, Gibbs...)
Theres no reason why the Chargers cant win the AFC West again. They keep all their core players on both sides of the ball, should be able to upgrade at WR in the draft or via Free Agency, and should still be regarded as one of, if not the favorite in the AFC. The overhaul in the coaching staff will be tough to overcome, but barring injury, I expect the bolts to get at least to the AFC Championship in 07.
Chris - I think you mean Quentin Jammer. Trufant is still in Seattle.

The Chargers have so much talent they may have a winning season in spite of having Norv as their head coach.

No way will the Chargers have a better reocord than 11-5 next year. They will make the playoffs and choke like they did this year.

yes...not only are they going to have a winning season...they are going to win the superbowl...they already have a perfect offense and a super defense..norv is a offensive mastermind...he will also improve p.rivers just like he did troy aikman
