Might it be just the moral booster US troops need to win the war in Iraq?

Would it be easier for US troops to kill the terrorists in Iraq because they'd be coming out of hiding to try & get Bush?

Might it give Bush a little more help focusing all the difficult problems confronting the US military in Iraq?

Wouldn't it be beneficial because he would be able to talk face to face with his Generals everyday?

Plus he wouldn't have to worry about the Dems harrassing him anymore because they wouldn't really be around.

And he's pretty much a lame duck President anyway but he could still do a lot of good in Iraq & if by some miracle he helped the US to win the war by being in Iraq he might actually save his Presidency & not go down as the worst President in modern day history.

This all might be a great idea . . . IF this was about *winning* the war. Here's a news flash . . . it isn't! The reason for continuing this war is exactly the same as starting this war . . . so the rich can get richer. The stock market loves a war economy. Legacy? The most powerful people don't give a damn about their nation. They are internationalists, who feel that *patriots* are the perfect patsies.

Um, hello? A better morale booster for the troops would be people here at home supporting them! And ust possibly MORE people joining the military to help them out! I have an idea.....mandatory service. Once you turn 18, you have to serve for 4 years. I'll bet the amount of compliants would drop about whats going on in Iraq! Just be glad you live in a nation where it isn't mandatory for YOU to go over and fight....and in a nation where OTHERS have fought (while you choose NOT to) for your right to say what you want!

It all sounds good. Very good. However, why stop there. A man with his military experience should be okay to don full combat dress and patrol some of those markets and other areas outside the 'Green Zone', where everyday scores of people are being shot or blown up, and beef up the security where it is needed most.

He would be surrounded by Dems over there. Unlike the Republicans, which make up the majority of the wealth in the US, the democratic soldiers actually make up most of our armed forces.
While the repulicans are busy telling us what is good for us and sending all kinds of people overseas to fight, they don't actually have too much to lose. Most of their kids ain't doing the fighting, and never will. If he wants to hide from the democrats, Iraq is not where he would want to go.
He should only go there if he wants to see how many people he threw under the bus with his lack of planning and bullheaded decision making, and I am sure that is one truth he wants nothing to do with!

It is almost comical that you are a part of the hate group. A small group to say the least.

President Bush believes in country, family, and freedom. That's what "Rednecks" believe too. It is the Rednecks' philosophy that has made the USA the best country in the World.

Call him a Redneck...that would be compliment.

I don't believe that you have the foggiest idea of the complexities that President Bush has, and is, enduring. You and your anti-American group sure know how to pour on the salt!

But it ain't working!!!

are you kidding? the insurgents would have a field day! it will be new excuse to increase the violence in iraq! and he would never be safe! the whold goal of terrorists is to find way to kill bush! this scenerio is not! a good one! i might not like bush, but i do not want to see him get killed in iraq! and i could very well happen in the so-called green zone of safety! nothing is truly safe in iraq, and if you think so, you are mistaken, fool!

I've a better idea. Why not move Congress to the Green Zone, so they can see first-hand the effects of their partisan political posturing?

Deliberately,He would encounter attacks. Giving two ultimatums first one i.e it might be easier for tracking out the alkaida groups, second one i.e it would help his opposition party in different political as well as social view, cos who knows someone getting killed in an unknown terrorist attack.
