yea he saw charles coming towards him with a huge hard on & an even more humongous smile but that's not why he dropped his tray & crashed the tea cups to the ground.. it's the horror of his own hard on that made him panic like there's no tomorrow!

Butlers, are supposed to see everything and say nothing, they are paid to be loyal to their employer. To repeat to an outsider what he has learned as a result of being employed, is despicable. An employer has trusted him and he has proved that he is untrustworthy.by spreading rumours about the family and the guests in the house where he is employed. People like this should be black-listed , and not again be given this sort of job.
