i'm 19 and this guy is 24 and engaged (i think he knows i think he is a little cute) but tends to be flirty then disrecpects me but he thinks its funny, one of the things he does is that he bitches about me not bussing his tables and threatens not to tip, but i buss his tables in front of his face, then he'll be nice , say hi to me and try to get know me, then he'll make remarks and say i get offended easily and will keep going on about it, he will say things like "your sweater is ripped,do you wanna show off your nice tan", he always asks how old i am after i have told him
he also wanted to know my schedule at the community college i go to b/c he goes there too and he said" so when are you there so i can hide from you", that's also when he wanted to know where i was from and he got concerned for me when i told him i didn't like school, what to do?

I really don't think you should have any concern about this guy. Ok, so he's a little cute.....so what? There's nothing wrong with a little friendly teasing, but if it's offensive and condesending.....you should really put an end to it. When it comes down to any kind of relationship in life, a good character will always go farther than a nice face. It sounds like he has no respect for you......never surround yourself with people like that, cuz' sooner or later you'll begin to lose respect for yourself.

When u have a problem with a co-worker you tell him u r doing a good job and u deserve to be treated better. Remain calm at all times. I think u should refrain from having personal conversations with him such as yr views on school and your schedule. He sure knows how to push yr buttons. That is what he is doing. IF the situation does not improve tell his/your supervisor or boss. Ask for a conversation btwn the THREE of u. This is most effective because nothing is heard 2nd hand.
When things do not get resolved keep going higher... boss, owner, head office... area supervisor... etc.

He's a jerk if he's flirting with you while he's engaged. You don't have to answer all of his questions. Just be polite and tell him you'd rather not talk about your personal life at work. Leave this guy alone.

GET BRAVE and tell him to "bug off" in no uncertain terms and after that tell him he can go to h***, but be polite about it. You tell him to "take a trip to a warmer climate and I don't mean Florida". If you live in Florida pick another warm place like the country of Haiti.

it sounds like the guy is trying to get only one thing from u but hes trying to seem like he doesn't like you so you wont try to take it to a relationship point. And pulse even if he truly likes you then that's wrong cuz hes engaged and you wouldn't want your partner to do something like that to you.

He's flirting and might not be adverse to a little time with you, but he's engaged and isn't looking for a serious relationship with you.
I'd be friendly with him at work but I wouldn't start trying to date him.
