Okay, so recently i've been just looking at things about the world ending in the near future after a friend mentioning something of the related topic. I was wondering, is it all true or crap? It's really beginning to worry me... so any advice or answers would really help :)

Let me suppose that you are 15 years old...might be more, might be less... But for laughs, let's say 15.
Your life span might be 100 years.
So you have a forecasted 85 Years of life ahead of you.
In 85 years the largest worries you have to face are as
follows:
Disease (could come at any time, from any where)
Global Warming (effects are noticeable today)
Terrorist Bombings (happening in lots of places right now)
Drug Usage (many people will secumb to this problem)
Famine and Drought (affecting 1/6 of the world today)
Not the End of the World...That is coming in about
another 5 Billion Years.
Way down on the list of possibilities is some asteroid
hitting the Earth and wiping us all out....chances very
slim...time frame - say 29,000 years to 50,000 years.
So you should focus your immediate thoughts on staying healthy and planting shrubs everywhere to counteract some of the global warming. Of course, you should run from terrorist activities where ever you find them. Call the police and report them as soon as possible.

Aside from the fact that its all garbage? Do you know how many times the end of the world has been predicted throughout history? Why dont you check out these lists first before buying into this crap. Its apparently human nature to predict the end of the world.
So if you still think the world is going to end after looking through some of the false predictions from the last few thousand years, i will pose this question...Why worry about something you can do nothing about? I mean really, if a meteor is going to hit us and kill us all or something, what could you really do anyway? So why worry? Live a good life and be happy!

The world itself is not ending.
Earth was made for a Purpose that is yet to be fulfilled ...
Humankind in it's entirety is not going to end either,
for it has a Fundamental part to play in the Purpose of the Earth.
However, the individuals & organizations of mankind who are Out of Harmony with that Purpose ARE going to be brought to their ends. They have been Warned, & Invited to change their ways, much as God used Noah to warn those of his era, & warned Nineveh through Jonah. Because Nineveh as a whole truly repented, they were not destroyed. Likewise, those today who listen to the warnings & become harmonious with God's will, will be accepted by God to live in the promised paradise Earth, just as Noah & his family survived the Flood ...

The end of the world is not something to worry about. Some of the end of the world events will not happen for another 100 years. But some of the events could happen at anytime like a comet coming at the earth, but that is in one in million. Don't think about it just go on with your life.

If you figure you will live for another 300 years you had better start worrying about it.
I would suggest you start worrying after the next 250 years.
Just have a good time and enjoy your self.

The world has not ended in 4.5 billion years. What makes you think it will in your lifetime?
Go and read some real science and do not read or listen to pseudo-science and crackpots.
