Make sure you are sleeping eight hours a night. Drink plenty of water every day - at least 8 glasses of pure water. Get exercise, and lay off drugs, including caffiene. Make sure you are clear of any allergies. That should help. If not, lift weights.

if its a headache take Tylenol if it hurts from like a injury then go see ur doctor
