How do I permantly get rid of the virus "trojan-downloader-zlob" from my computer?

Question

I have been able to get rid of all the threats from my computer (I hope) but one still remains after sweeping the system about five or six times. The virus is "trojan-downloader-zlob" I know where I got it, but how to I sucessfully get rid of it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have scanned my sytem repeatedly with the lastest version of Webroot Spysweeper, and it shows up everytime, says it quarantined, but after I restart my system like it asks, the virus is still there? What's the deal?

Try going to http://www.prevx1.com and download the 30 day version...it worked for me when I didn't know my computer had 4 trojans on it that my Virus scanner didn't find...So give it a try, its 30 day trial but it still deletes the viruses...

i had the same trojan virus. you just need a good antivirus.
i have Webroot Spy Sweeper. no problems here.

Go to this site and use the free program. It is very good at removing Smitfraud Trojan related infections.

kill your computer and bring it back to life and then put on avg and spybot
