It's not there anymore. You'll have to get it through the records center in Topeka.

If you mean you need a birth certificate, you will have to contact the vital records department for Kansas. Although hospitals keep records of births and deaths, they are not official. Official, certified records of births and deaths are kept in each state's vital records dept, which is usually in the capital city.
