Teacher job sharing is where 2 teachers share a job. Sometimes one takes the AM nd one takes the PM. They also share the salary and the benefits sch as health insurance. Then they share the outside work. It is oftn done for child care purposes. The district really gets more than one teacher out of it.

This is the idea : fact is that there are more students than there are teachers. So it is impossible for all students to have thee own teacher. There for the teachers are share among the students. Students are grouped into classes so that the educatiuon gets even more efficient and hopefully effective.
This concept of dividiing dtudents into groups and sharing teachers among groups uis called "teachers job sharing"
