They are the exact same breed of dog!!!!
and american and german rottie and the same bred of dog .There aren't any distinctive types of Rottweilers, and only one factor determines whether a Rottweiler is 'American' or 'German' - their place of birth. Rottweilers born in America are American Rottweilers just as people born in America are called Americans. Dogs born in Germany are German Rottweilers. Earth shattering, mind boggling stuff, huh? How can that be, you ask?
Here's how. The breed standard that the American Kennel Club (AKC) has established for Rottweilers is extremely similar (almost identical) to that of the Allgemeiner Deutscher Rottweiler-Klub (ADRK aka the Rottweiler Club of Germany). The only inconsistency between the two standards is the height allowance. The AKC's standard is a few centimeters different than that set by the ADRK. In summation while there are individuals in several countries who breed Rottweilers there is still only one breed or type of Rottweiler and that dog is called a Rottweiler. So the next time you take your Rottweiler for a walk around the block, and someone asks you if your dog is American or German, you can reply with confidence that your dog is ________ (fill in country of birth) because your dog was born in _________, or you can really throw 'em for a loop like I do when I tell them my dog is a Texas Rottweiler. :) if they were to different bred of dog then the could be registered as such!! so no if you bred them they are worth the same!!!

It would depend on the quality of the pups as well as the pedigree. Are there many champions on both sides and are these champions well known champions? And do you have a good way to advertise these pups? A purebred, is a purebred , is a purebred therefore it doesn't matter what his ancestry is as for as countries go. Its the reputation of his forefathers (especially the first 3 generations) and his own merits that will determine his value. If there are no champions in the first 3 generations or very few, I'll make this really simple. A good looking pup more than likely will bring more money than a homely specimen. Before breeding , I'd make sure the stud wasn't displastic and there was no displasia in his lineage.

The value of the breed in in the linage not the breed!! Are there any grand champion in the line!! Please tell me you are not thinking of breeding, Are the dogs Certified for hips and conformation. If not the value just dropped out the bottom!! If there are not champions in the back ground, no certifications for hips or health (hips can not be cert.until the dogs are 2 years of age) The dogs are worth very little.

NO- mixed breeds are worth pretty much nothing in the world of AKC- I know that sounds bad but true- there were some mixed breeds makin money like weimar-doodles horrible but cute weimaraners mixed with poodles and also silver labs that was done due to inbreeding and mixing with weims- not a good thing either- breeders were really gettin grief for it, which they should.

No, it's then called a mutt and not worth a thing in the dog breeding buisiness. Pure breds are called pure for a reason.

If the two are both registered under the same club or in the same stud book, then yes.
If they are both registered rotts, then I don't see where the problem would be.
