other traing to be teacher?

In Ontario there are three ways to be a teacher
1. Get a BA and then go into teacher's college.
2. Do a Concurrent Program where you get your BA and teaching degree at the same time.
3. If you are a skilled tradesmen that is able to teach things such as shop, auto, etc, you can go into a school and slowly get your qualifications.

If you are talking about additional courses after you get your teaching degree, there are always AQ courses taught in every major university and through the boards, and you can always go for your Masters or PhD.
