I noticed this also with my ex's and my husband that you get all psyched up and excited about basically a naked body, does it really turn you on? Also the accessories that comes with it, stockings, lingerie, and other stuff? or something that your gir or wife does that drives you crazy...

Turn ons -- attitude. That glint in her eye that says, "I want you." That's a turn on.
The clothes (or lack thereof) -- they're triggers. They send a signal that sex is in the air. A woman doesn't let a man see these things unless bedroom romping is about to happen, so men learn that lingirie means impending fun times. It's very Pavlovian.
So each man is going to be somewhat different, based on learned behavior. If we've had a partner who wore a "lucky sweat shirt", then we might start to associate sweat shirts. If we had to get our dates a little liqoured up before they'd be in the mood, then we might associate a woman having a drink with sex. You get the idea.
The sexy clothing is a Pavlovian response given to us by our society from movies, Victoria Secret, magazine ads, etc. It's all part of the entire message.

visual for a start is most of us guys but like me i need to see the looks that my wife make to really get me turn on. there are days that just looking in her eye will get me going. so in my case exasperation turn me on more the just a bare skin. and how insect she acting at the time.
