Jennifer Hudson was one of my favorites to win "AI: Season 3". But the judges, particularly Simon, questioned her talent, among other things. I just want to know what "AI"'s reaction is now that Jennifer is an Oscar-winning singer and actress. She truly deserved it!!!

I don't think American Idol had anything against her...it was Simon, but you know what? She's got a record deal and the movie offers are going to start coming. The good thing about this is she's not locked into 19 Entertainment who are nothing but thieves to these young kids.

I think that American Idol people should be ashame of themselves because look how when she was on American Idol in Session 3 . But then look how she was in the movie Dreamgirls she could singing but look at the crazy voters Randy, Paulie, Simone. Simone is so mean that he does not give people a chance when they come on Americam Idol thats why people feel so down and they begin to cry. B ut I am happy for Jennifer Hudson because she got let down on American Idol but she can be like that she made it now and the voters on American Idol cant not say nothing to her now though.

During the pre-show on E! (which Ryan Seacrest hosted) they were interviewing Jennifer Hudson and played a tape Simon made for her...he was telling her congratulations for making it that far and that he was sure she was going to be taking home the oscar. He seemed heartfelt and sincere.

I don't think they have any regrets because they are still getting tons of extra publicity because she was on the show. And remember the TV audience voted her off, so they should be the ones embarrassed.
Simon has since apologized several times for his remarks and admitted that he made a mistake.

I think AI probably is very supportive of her...and even though her talent was in question, I think it was warranted. They didn't say it just to be mean to her, they meant those comments. She needed that time to improve her singing and acting, and turned out to be absolutely stunning. I don't think AI would feel the need to retract those comments, though, after all...I don't think she would be where she is today without them; she said so herself.

Shocked that she won an oscar. I didn't care for her on idol and neither did a lot of people so American Idol probably have no regrets.

Simon did send her a message on the red carpet. I'll bet they will try to have her back for one of the shows this year. I hope she won't do it.

YES!!!!!!!!!!! Jennifer is the BOMB! Personally I like J~ better then Beyonce...I'm sick of her and I'm sure she is hatin on Jennifer! Go J~ U truly DESERVED it!
