Depends on where you work and how good you are and if you go into business for yourself.
A good place to start would be the online Occupational Opportunities Handbook at www.dol.gov.
And, then, talk to some local pastry chefs, if you can find them.
I will say this, being a chef is hard, long, hot work and generally has low starting pay.

I'm not a pastry chef, but I am a cake decorator. I have 15 years experience and I've taken 3 Wilton method courses. The first wedding cake I did I charged $150 but that was definitely not enough. As with any career you choose, it would depend on a variety of factors such as:
education
experience
location of where you work (high end hotel, which part of the country or world you're planning to work)
are you going to work for yourself or someone else?
I'm sure there are many more factors that go into determing salary. I would look at some hotel websites and restaurants to look for openings they may have for pastry chefs.

Hopefully these sites can get you going on some salary comparisons. You're obviously going to get paid more at a high end hotel as opposed to your local bakery.
Good luck!

almost nothing they usually sell one per day at most, the rest of the apstries they have to eat themself because they can not afford to trow it away and they hav no money to buy new so they just have enough money to buy the ingredients for the pastries for the next day, they make more than one since they think that the customer is king and they wont disapoint them , but they never sell all the pastries
