When two Israelis soldiers were taken hostage the US supplied Israel with thousands of cluster bombs. What has the US supplied to the Palestinians and the Lebanese for the hundreds of they have had "arrested" by the Israelis?

Actually, the proper response is for the United States to completely withdraw from the region. It would be nice, however, if your Muslim friends would stop blowing themselves up in crowded public areas.

For the same reason we had a double standard with Hitler. When the Palestinians & Lebanese renounce terrorism and throw out the terrorists Hezbollah we will treat them different.

Israel is our closest and possibly only true ally in the middle east, we like to keep them that way, although the other middle eastern countries hate us for our support to Israel because the both lay claim to the same holy land! We also are the ones who helped create Israel after world war II so we take it upon ourselves to help them out when they are in times of need!

AIPAC is the answer. as golda mier said,god didn't choose israel,israel chose god. both israel and palestine is guilty of treating the other as less than human. even israeli human rights groups and citizens are against israels actions. israel has destroyed greenhouses and orchards(against biblical law) and banned fishing. israel is using human shields,against their courts rulings. strangely bush supported arafat,which israel didn't like,but later started supporting israel. israel extorted the US in 1973,when they were losing the yom kippur war(threatening to use nukes unless we helped them) and we have been supporting them ever since.

We could always do like Bill Clinton, who had Warren Christopher force the Isralies to realease Mohhamad Atta from jail where he was being held for terrorist acts so he could fly an airplane into the World Trade Center. maybe that would make you happy.

It's not the same thing. Israel is on our side in the war on terror. The Palestinans celebrated on 9/11. We should have started bombing then!

I hear you sir! Makes me super mad at the double standards and hypcritical country we belong to!
Today if Israel criticised america for something....we'd be friends with the palestenians and lebanese tomorrow citing israel is developing nuclear weapons! isnt that what happened with Sadddam. US pumped his ego and provided him w/nuclear weapon...now that he wasnt an ally - he was a criminal for listening to the US>

We like Israel. Palestine is full of stupid muslims! We don't like muslims who blow up women and children in an attack meant to kill women and children. These muslims who target innocents are not the kind of people we give weaponry to. We give weaponry to people who kill these dirty muslim scumbags AND their women and children. If Isralei's begin knocking off ANY muslim women and children you will see a change of heart. As of now, only the women and children that surround these muslim cowards are dying. Killing the snake in the egg, if you will.

I guess you don't realize that Israel is not a terrorist society, as well as they are one of our allies. PLO, Hamas, whatever else they call themselves are known terrorist organizations, so why would we want to defeat ourselves, let alone help them defeat one of our allies.
