It means you have a trade because the bid price is the best price someone is willing to buy at and the ask price is the best price someone is willing to sell at.

Realistically, it probably means your data feed is stale because that crossing of the bid/ask can't really persist. You would trade all shares possible until it clears.

It means you sell for more than you asked for.
