Welcome to the wonderful world of pointe! You must have done a good job for your first day en pointe, you should hurt! Congratulations!! Keep it up!!
It is normal for your legs and your butt to hurt when you start because you are using those muscles for more balance when en pointe, they aren't used to that yet. Give it some time, they won't stay sore like this forever.
Try ice, sit on a bag of frozen peas or corn (whatever is in your freezer that your family doesn't care to lose!) I've never heard of this cheese thing....maybe an inside joke I'm missing??!

take a bath in epsom salt. That will relieve the pain a little bit, also try and get some icyhot or mineral ice and rub it on your gludius. The muscle pain will lessen with it. If you have blisters on your feet the only thing that ever worked for me was to just soak them in warm water. Good Luck.

I don't know why your butt would hurt from pointe, that's prolly from something else. But you need to use ice for 20 min, nothing for 20 min, then use heat for 20 min, and repeat that constantly. Also rub your feet and try to work them in your arch for as much as possible.
