High School musical is definitely one of those movies I have to wonder why they'd make 2 more sequels to and why so many people are obsessed with it. There's nothing spectacular about it.
My choice for worst movie would probably have to be...America's sweethearts. A friend and I went and saw that and stayed down in the lobbey the whole time. It was pretty horrific and we wanted our money back.
As for a newer one, it would have to be Accepted. There was nothing funny about that movie and it bored me. I had to actually fastforward through some of it.

Either The Brotherhood or this one movie called The North Season or something like that. Both had absolutly no plot and in The Brotherhood, the vampires danced around in whitie tighties performing weird rituals. Scary to say the least.

Worst Movie Hands Down! "Best in Show" - the Christopher Guest-directed mockumentary of the Dog Show industry! Kept waiting for something funny or anything to happen. 2 hours I'll never get back!

Worst movie is a tough one. I think the most over-hyped movie was "The Blair Witch Project". I really wanted to be scared. I thought the concept was good, and I appreciated that it was essentially made by kids, on a shoestring budget. But, I thought it sucked.
"The Postman" was pretty bad.
