On ABC's website you can view previous episodes of Greys, Lost, Desperate Housewives, Ugly Betty, and many others for free. You can't download them, but view them whenever you'd like!

try alluc.org you can watch lots of stuff there. they also have a bit torrent site you can go to to download stuff.
