I like him to represent the democratic party. He is my favorite capable with integrity and he can direct the country for the right direction. Hilary could be her partner for next elections.

Al Gore doesn't want it any more, he said he was pursuing his film career which he already has proved results with his new Oscar.

Yes, I do.

I doubt I would vote for him, but he would be a better candidate than Clinton, Obama, or Edwards (actually, there aren't very many Democrats I would vote for and two have already dropped out of the race). Still, I'd have respect for Gore (and Biden) even if I don't like their political views.

Right now, the top three in the Democratic Party have 2 wins (Clinton), 2 wins (Obama), and 1 win (Edwards). That's a race of celebrities, not politicians.

Sure. If he got the nomination that would really motivate the republicans and conservatives to get out and vote. At least I could vote AGAINST someone with some enthusiasm. Yes, people who are feeling discouraged now will come out in droves to once again knock him off of his throne of believing he is above the rest of us. He has nothing to offer but his ego.

Go for it all you ultra liberals. Iran can then crush us like a potato chip and we won't have to worry about global warming..

He can tell us all how to live but of course none of this applies to 'king Gore'.

Al Gore is still trying to find himself. I think he quit maturing at age 15. In case you didn't get the msg.: I don't like him!

America had it's chance with Al Goree and they chose Dubya instead (although that matter is debatable). Now Al has moved on to bigger things with the Global Warming Campaign. Somehow it would be a step backwards for him to try for the White House in 08 when he is now clearly a world leader in this area.

If he wants to run, he should run. I'll be voting for someone else, though. I'd love to be able to vote for a candidate who would get us out of Iraq, but there doesn't seem to be a serious candidate in either major party who has the guts to actually do that.

Al Gore, ran for President and won by popular vote. Why would he want to go through all of that again? He should continue with his project on World-Warming.

Well, I don't know if he could win or not considering there may not be enough "carbon credits" he could purchase to run a timely campaign. Kind of hard to campaign across the whole country in a Yugo.

I'm not sure that he has the political support of his party to make a good run for office. You never know, though.

If he is planning to try, you will be hearing about it before too long.
