I haven't seen the movie yet but I kind of like the way things have turned out with it all. I believe she had hoped to become the break-out star, and get all of the attention. They put Jennifer from American Idol on there, Beyonce most likely wasn't threatened by a "curvy" B-list celebrity. And now Jennifer is getting all of the attention b/c she really is the break out star with her amazing voice.
Beyonce is probably so pi**ed about that! LoL

No, I think she was right for the part she played. Jennifer overshadowed her with her performance. Sometimes you need to take a backseat & let someone else get the attention.
