When I stretch, stand up after sitting down or bend over to pick things up off the floor, my stomache hurts, and I sometimes get mild cramping PAIN. According to my doc this is normal and is your body reminding you to be carful of your baby. Also, sex sometimes causes pain and cramps, but he says that's normal too, and to maybe not be so rough!!

There are ligments that hold your uterus in place and because they are being used more now, sometimes when you do certain movements it causes them to pull and hurt. It is especially common in first time mothers. I don't get the twinges when i bend over but when i get up to fast or roll over in bed too fast.

It's not related to pregnancy, if that's what you are wondering.
It's probalby just in your head.
