We have used the most experienced personnel and intelligence within Star Command on this thorny problem, and we can only conclude at this juncture that a traveller between 'thick' stars would meet him, or herself on the brink of Vector 3/ star cluster 52/ year 3365. This phenomenon is called, 'self twinning', and usually leads to a localised, 'antimatter ignition' i.e death by intergalactic explosion! Nasty!
