now that sirius and xm radio have merged will i get.......?

xm radio on my sirius without even buying a new radio will i automatically just get more stations from xm

The merger is in the works, ist not finalised yet.

But the merger would mean that stations that mirror each other's content would be brought together and stations that were not on the other would be added.
