has anyone grown in height after 21 years old? how much and how old were you?

Yeah Im 23 and I grew 4 inches after I turned 22 but I eat right and exercise every day. If you dont then its highly unlikely that you will grow too.

No- the vast majority of individuals finish growing in their late teens.
The process is governed by hormonal maturation. Therefore if you,ve had delayed onset of puberty then its more likley that you might have a late growth spurt. This happened to a boy I knew from school.He grew 6 inches or so in his early 20s - but this is extremly rare.
Unless you are malnourished, diet and or excercise will make no differance to your ultimate height.

actually, yes, I grew 1 extra inch over the last couple years and gone up almost a whole size in shoes too. no one seems to know why but it happened. I am now 27.

Um no you usually stop growing around 18 years old, althought my husband stopped growing when he was 19-20.......
